In 1994 and 1995 the G.O.A. (U.K.) Celebrated an open air/outdoor
function and named it 'Festival de Goa'
Would this have been the first celebration, of Goans overseas
commemorating Goa ? May be Kuwait had inaugurated their do much
earlier ?
