Dear Dhiraj:
there are many small eateries in goa called
"khanavals" where one can get cheap meals called
"jevonn"...these are usally not advertised much.. some
better known ones that i have been to include modern
near cine national and also fishland on the first
floors a few shops down modern in panaji..
usally in smaller towns many such places are run by
women called "mauxis"
btw did you manage to find a decent hotel room with
hot ewater and all for less than 200 in goa?
