This is in reply to Mr. Bhandare's posting about whether my arguments were
with only 'Goan Catholics'. As a matter of fact it was.
The only country abroad where I resided was Brazil. Other Goans who had
migrated from India had Portuguese passport. I went on an Indian Passport
and retained it. I was the only Goan-Indian who had an Indian passport, the
rest of the goans called themselves Portuguese. Rest of the countries where
just travel.
When I was living in Bombay met a beautiful Gujarati lady from Mocambique.
She could hardly speak English, only Portuguese and Gujarati. She said she
was Mocambiquan of Indian origin.
I had no problems with my family when I married a Bengali Hindu.
