A commentary by yours truly titled "Aviation strategy: Filling a crucial
void" has been published by Economic & Political Weekly (EPW) in its August
4-10 issue. (See www.epw.org.in). The Deputy Editor of EPW is Dr Bernard
D'Mello who may be known to some of you if he is a Goan. This is my second
article on aviation in EPW. Last year my commentary "Towards urban
multi-airport systems" was published in the Oct 14-20 issue.
