The 'outsider' is an enemy as much as the 'insider' is. I think the
people Seby has mentioned would have pretty strong views about
landlordism in Goa -- which allowed the situation to reach what it is
today. This is a battle over land, so why give it an ethnic twist?
Thanks to Seby for his sensitive writing. There are a large section of
Goans who have been voiceless all along. FN
