This was shot from the airport highway at Zuarinagar (the
entire area around this section of highway is one giant
shitpot - literally). The slum is so big now that the 24mm
lens wasn't wide enough to capture it all. Alas, I didn't
have my 17mm this morning with me.
This, by the way, is the "shining city on the hill," the Utopia
our Marxist comrades have always promised us. Watch out,
Dharavi, we Goans are catching up with you! And that's not
all. We have planted more seeds at other locations such as
Chimbel, Motidongor in Margao etc.
