Furher to my post on "Beyond Town & Country Planning" I thought I would
suggest the names of some cities (Indian and foriegn) which the proposed
City Planner of Goa might want to bone up on for clues to Goa's future
evolution. These are:
New Indian cities: Chandigarh, Gandhinagar (Gujarat), Navi Mumbai. Old
cities: Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore World cities: Frankfurt, San Francisco,
Rome, Singapore.
I will try to find out the populations and geographical areas of these and
other cities which may be of interest and use.
