The QUIZ QUEST, an All Goa Inter-School General Knowledge Quiz, will be held
on Sunday 02 September, 2007 from 10.00 A.M. in the morning at the
St.BrittoHS hall, Mapusa-Goa. It is open to all schools as indicated
in the Press
Notes published in the local newspapers earlier this month.
The rules of competition have been posted to some schools and are also
available on request. Schools that have registered are provided with a
QUESTION BANK of 200 Questions-and Answers for the prelimianry round, a FREE
copy of the book DOMNIC'S GOA [written by Domnic Fernandes, Edited by
Frederick Noronha and published by Cecil Pinto's Abe Faria Production.
Copies sponsored by Cecil Pinto] and BRITTO'S RETRO a collection of stories
of school days by alumni of St.Britto HS, Mapusa. One copy of "Domnic's Goa"
will be given only to early birds, so hurry. After the QUIZ QUEST the above
two books will be the property of the respective school library.
The team of Quiz Masters is led by Architect Pravin Sabnis with BOB
Frederick Noronha and BOB Kenneth D'Souza to assist him. The event is
coordinated by BOB Roque Carvalho [ 9422057544].
