For smooth disposal of pumped out ground water from its Sivsorem mine, Dempo 
mining corporation laid down one kilometer long pipeline through the Sanguem 
forest to release the polluted water into fresh water river Karka known for 
its crocodile habitats. Here is the picture:

Might is right is well known policy of Dempos and other mining companies in 
Goa. In Sanguem it is exhibited to the extreme.

This is a mine at Sivsorem that is fetching huge profits to Dempos. Dempos 
are determined to go all out for it even if it means displacing people, and 
polluting forests and rivers, and ruin agriculture. After all for mining

Dempos have been sucking tremendously from Goa and creating personal 
prosperity. it is time public demands accountability for past half century 
of loot of Goa's mineral wealth.
