Dear Sir,

I humbly appeal to all concerned officers to be aware of the state of
affairs as far as Broadband connection is concerned and the LETHARGY that is
shown
even to attend the PUBLIC.

We are just saying now out of TOTAL DESPERATION,
For the last one year I have been regurarly visiting the Commercial officer
Mr. pawar and requesting him to at least inform us about the PLAN where in
we will know at to when we should at least have this facility when the
adjoining villages have got them long long ago.
The same answers that he is not aware and that equipment needs to be
procured etc. etc. excuses by the dozens that he is so good at telling.
Now the equipment has come and now time has to be procured... ..... are we
ever going to get it..??

I called up Mr. Desarkar's (GM's office) office on friday and he was in fact
so rude, first the staff in his office who were unwilling to connect me,
Finally he attends the phone only
to SLAM it saying I am not understanding anything..

Yes...I do not understand what is the REASON for this LETHARGY and attitude
of all this people who call themselves Government and Public Servants..

CAN YOU BE KIND ENOUGH at least to inform the *GENERAL PUBLIC OF MOIRA* as
to what is the Forecast for us to receive Broadband connection and if any
what are the
reasons for the delay and PLEASE stop putting Headlines in the newspapers
that Goa is fully connected by broadband etc. only to make us feel more
desperate and
DISGUSTED.
