The under 15 [ sub - junior] State Championship of the Goa State Chess
Association will be held at Moira Club - Associacao Academica de Moira
on - 21, 22, 23 Sept. I will be in charge.
More details later. Right now I'm looking for sponsors for the prizes
etc.This could be in memory of a relative if you wish Incidentally the
sub-juniors is a fiercely contested event, and all the best young
talent will be on display
