In the wake of the terror bombings in Hyderabad recently as well as in
other cities (except Kolkata and Chennai earlier) it seems one must be
prepared for something similar in Goa. There may be a need for Crisis
Management Group to be formed to prepare effectively for eventualities
caused by various disasters and accidents including deliberate terror
attacks.
