I have been quite a late entrant to Goanet- about 3 years ago. I have been
following the exchanges, news, sparring, etc. whenever I could take time off. I
was wondering whether when Goanet was set up, any objectives were framed. eg: a
forum for expat Goans or a community for Goans to interact or Goans getting
together to do something for Goa and Goans etc. Could someone like Herman or
one of the moderators enlighten me?
