festival there for The Times. I thought I'd use the opportunity to
meet/link up with the Goa network in and around Toronto, maybe even in

mobilising them for our Goa campaigns. I'm sure there are many in Goa
in effective touch.... A few years ago I attended a Cortalim village
celebration in Missisauga (or something), a Toronto suburb. It was
chilling how much the event resembled the Catholic Gymkhana Bombay of
