Abba means father is a very nice yet powerful word because it refers to God
.Abba is a powerful God, loving God and merciful God. Why do you ask God to
shower mercy on you all the time and why do you feel God is going to crush
your head ? Why do you think about hell all the time ? It is because you do
not know to pray and you do not have a heart to love God. Mere holding a
rosary which is made of beads and counting them haffhazardly and saying the
our father and Hail mary and holy Mary several times does not bring us
together with our ABBA Father. To be in close relationship with the Father
our heart and mind and the whole body should be in love with our heavenly
Father. If we have a close link with Him why do you curse yourself and why
do you tear your hair and shout out to God to save you ? The trouble is our
shepherds have put their sheep in the wrong fold and have showed us the
wrong paths. We still continue to nourish the roots of paganism that our
fore fathers had within them and have passed it down to us as inheritance.
It pains me to know that the word of God is misused by us. We have
practically zero knowledge of the same. This year is dedicated to the word
of God. Did the church take any trouble to spend sometime in the church
explaining the word of God ? The church should have sessions preaching the
word of God instead of mere telling us to read the word of God. The Bible is
not a history book nor a story book and there are no scholars in the world
that can tell us the meaning of the bible and explain to us. They can tell
us the history of the bible or the story of the bible. To know and
understand each and every word in the Bible God should reveal it to us and
so the right way of reading the bible is to close our eyes and pray to the
Holy spirit to reveal the word of God and then only you can call yourself
the scholar of the Bible or else you are a history teacher. Lord show us the
path and show us the right direction to know our shepherds who will take us
to the right fold -to Jesus Christ. Lord let us not fall into the hands of
the evil ones -who are out into this world with false promises/ Lord Jesus
you have said that if we want to come to the father we have to come to you.
