A 53-year old woman pillion rider Maria Annie Pereira,
a resident of
Caramorod-Chinchinim died in a road accident on the
damaged stretch of
the
NH-17 at Sirlim on Wednesday morning.
Maria was pillion riding on a two-wheeler when a Mini
bus GA 02 T 4702,
proceeding from Chinchinim to Margao, dashed against
from behind. The
deceased
fell on the road and died.
