CRYcket 2007
Friends of CRY club (FOCC) announces CRYcket 2007 - the 10th successive
cricket tournament for children. It is back to the thrilling CRYcket day. Yet
another chance to meet your friends & foes in cricket arena.
CRYcket 2007 Tournament will be conducted during the first half of November
at Ahmadi. Matches will be played in two groups:
(1) Seniors (born on or after 14/11/1993) and
(2) Juniors (born on or after 14/11/1995).
Each Team will consist of 13 players and should have uniform which is not
full white. Registration will open soon. Get geared up for the exciting event

This annual event during November December every year is keenly awaited by
children and participated with great vigour and enthusiasm.

Behind each statistic are Indias most precious resource - her children.
But so little is known of what it means to be part of such horrific statistics
- the frustrations, the pain, bewilderment and unfulfilled dreams that are the
essence of their young lives.
- CRY, the link between Children in need and YOU.
Friends of CRY Club is a group of dedicated volunteers in Kuwait in service of
the deprived children.
Friends of CRY Club was established in November 2003 in Kuwait with the
objective of having sustainable, result oriented, well founded organization
which will continue to be in service of the deprived children with synergic
participation of a cross section of people in Kuwait.
To enable people to take responsibility for the situation of the deprived
Indian child and so motivate them to confront the situation through collective
action thereby giving the child and themselves an opportunity to realize their
full potential.
Build a dedicated, resourceful, professionally functioning team.
Create awareness - target general public, schools, and associations.
Involve children in CRY through FOCC children's club.
Build up rapport with organizations / corporate houses. Involve
resourceful persons in CRY thro' FOCC advisory board. Generate
funds and sponsor projects undertaken by CRY HQ. Transparency in
all functioning. Credible and creative approaches in all activities.
