Hi Albert
I have often read your posts that are strong on Catholicism. However, I
have never come across your stance on casteism among Catholic Goans. Are
such people not two-faced hypocrites wanting to be Hindu through caste and
Catholic via Catholicism simultaneously and when the ideologies and belief
systems are totally incompatible?
I am sure that as a good Catholic you will be able to throw some light on
this conundrum. I would be keen to figure out where you stand on this issue
just as I had hoped that Fr Loiola would have a point of view too on some
questions I had asked him. Unfortunately he has shied away from a response
but I believe you will be braver than he!
