I submit that Frederick Noronha knows infinitely more than I do about
this matter.
Am I to infer from the non-pernicious theory postulated above by
Frederick that the administration of Goa was handed over from the
Portuguese to Bandodkar ?
If that was so ...it would really be news to me.
