Hey, we could all have a party, bring your own food & beer and we can do swops
& try each others' foods & drinks.

What are everyone's FAVOURITE FOOD and drink AND why? Have your taste buds
changed over the years or if you have emigrated, have you managed to maintain
the food from your homeland (mum's cooking etc), or decided to go for other
food (and drink..........)?

  This ought to be interesting!

I am glad I got in my "kalchi kodi" before Fred told us about his "bowlful of
curd".
Very chic, Fred! :=))
Was this the same stuff Michael Jackson or Richard Geere consuming in their
quest for eternal youth?
Is your curd made from Yak milk from Tibet or outer Mongolia? OR
Is it from reindeers in Lapland (north of Sweden / Finland) and sent to India
for Frederick the Great?

Obviously this supurlo Goenkar (moi) with his miskut is far from Richistan.
Since I cannot go to the Oktoberfest in Munich or close to Selma's home, I will
attend one day of the 10 day event at:
Kitchener-Waterloo Oktoberfest in Canada. (Near Niagara Falls).

For those interested to know what goes on here, check out their web site.
The theme song:
In heaven there is no beer
That's why we drink it here
And when we're all gone from here
Our friends will be drinking all the beer.

Kind Regards, GL

-------------- Frederick [FN] Noronha:

And I was eating a bowlful of curd at a simple and modest guest-house in
Hyderabad ..........
BTW, I'm sure you must have heard of Richistan .....
