Hi All,
This scam has been going on for over 15 years.
Porvorim Hill is a typical example.
There is a plot which is specifically given to a Muslim (I do now remeber his
namd now)property developer, this land was supposed to be distributed to the
homeless, but he wanted to speculate on this Govt cheap piece of land, and it
was given to him.
That is why I'm saying there should be a similar system like in UK.
'Parliamentary Inquiry Commission' live or recoded for television, whereby
minister or Govt servants who are undersuspicion of doing underhand job at the
cost of the taxpayers money and robbing the public should be accounted for and
asked to answer the questions put to them by the commission on behalf of the
public.
But who is honest enough to bring about this commission?
It is like Diogenus (a greek philosopher) who went out in the midday sun WITH
A LAMP - EVERY BODY SAID HE WAS MAD. When asked what he was doing he said ' I'm
looking for an honest man'.
Is there one in Goa/India?
