Volunteers, once again, the G.O.A is organizing our Annual
Childrens Christmas Tree Party and we would like you come
out and help us put on a great event for the kids. The
event, scheduled on Sunday, November 18th will comprise of
Gift giving, Lunch, Nativity Play, Caroling, Ice Skating,
and what is a party without Dancing!!
As such, we do need as much help and support from our
community to help volunteer and bring smiles to all our
kiddies.
We are looking for volunteers to help assist with the
Set up and Take down of the event,
help with distributing gifts with Santa;
help with face painting,
food drive donation boxes
help distributing lunch and
help with the traffic at the front door.
Once again, an acknowledgment letter of academic community
hours will be provided, upon request.
