Dear allSome time back, i remember, that Manohar Parrikar the then chief
minister of Goa had promised to have a liberary somewhere near Kadamba bus
stand in Panjim, and I was very happy on hearing this news, and had even
written on Goanet about it praising him for such a thought.. I wonder what
happened to that plan.Well as always, all talks are just to fool the public, as
nothing ever happened. I believe Panjim Bus stand would have been the best
place to have a liberary, as there are more people who travel from there to all
different destinations, and secondly, there will never be a delay in returning
a book taken from there. St Inez, being far for people who dont even have a
chance to see Panjim, would not be able to take the advantage of such a
wonderful educative place and hence it will be good for people only in that
