Floriano, Is it allowed for disapora Goans especially those who are foriegn nationals to become members of the Goa Suraj and contribute to the fee for party membership?
What about foreign nationals who are also Indian citizens. Is it necessary to prove that you are an Indian PIO or citizen before you can contribute and/or pay membership dues? If there are no such restrictions, there may be many Goans in the disapora who are willing to canvass memberships for you and become members of the party. At Rs 300 annually or less than CAD 10 a pop, it won't hurt our pockets and it might do your party much good. Roland.
