Bosco D’Mello gave a narration of bishop’s visit to Sao Francisco in the issue
938 of goanet digest. In that issue he did mention the name of one Fr.Aristo
Coelho . Actually this was with regards to names of priests on the photo taken
in Sao Francisco during the 60 years of priest hood along with the Goa bishop
.In the volume 944 this Fr.Aristo J Coelho becomes Mr.Aristo J Coelho PhD. Why
? Could Fr.Aristo Coelho explain to the readers whether he is afraid to write
on the goanet as a priest ?
