For the present, Digu-bab is the bestest besht CM for Goa. In case we need to replace him, we the electorate will decide. When we need NRI help, we will ask. Till we do, save your breath ....or come back to India, live in Goa and canvas for him. We do not need any 1,2,3 guys telling us what to do. We are not as dumb as you may think .... or be led to believe, if thinking puts you to sleep.
