No Selma, its not the cost at all. But I hear you. Its the sheer irritation -- although I am pretty even handed emotionally (at least I think so) of buying books, and even in a minuscule way helping his book sell. Also no one should ruin their Christmas. In my world money is not the issue. Although I am not of means, considering my perspectives and the manner in which I practice my profession; am indeed of sufficient means and ways, to be able to do what I really must. : ) Such as buying a $400 brush, or studying Shodo and the high certification fees that go with it as one rises in the ranking. That aside, as past works have proved, this guy continues to be a misery --- we have to contend with. OK, I will make haste and read what further insults he is heaping (more likely heaving) from his Christian Dalda dabba.
The amazing thing is, as one develops a track record (whatever that may be), ones word carries weight in certain circles. His does among the idiots and the smoke and mirror gang. Furthermore, from time to time we hear of "but he was a Reagan speech writer" as if to imply to his detractors -- tum kitem ulloita, tuven kitem kelam, tum mattchen sovaskai ghe ani ugi bos. Sooner or later we may hear this line again. Hopefully never on this forum, but I am not going to chase anyone for being impressed by DDS. I will however post my bit just for you when I am done reading and anoiting myself with sandalwood oil high on my forehead, in the region of my third eye. He truly is a waste.
