I've had broadband since April 2006 and have had no major problems. If there is a problem I call up Internet and they in form me if theres a problem or not. If you have trouble in being connected, just disconnect your computer and reconnect. I too am connected through Porvorim telephone exchange. If you're facing a major problem with your modem, please call Travess at 2413657 or cell 9860324554. He is good and efficient.
