RTO refers to the Road Transport Officer in the Goa Motor Vehicles
Department [GMVD] or the Department of Transport.
For North Goa, the letter to the RTO may be simply adressed to:
Asst. Director of Transport-North Goa,
1st Floor, Kadamba Bus Stand,
Mapusa- Goa. 403 507.
or
Director of Transport- Goa,
1st Floor, Kadamba Bus Stand,
Panaji- Goa. 403 001.
I am marking a copy to Roand Martins of GoaCAN to confirm if the RTOs access
emails and to provide the detailed address of the RTO at Margao. I think the
office is in the Collectorate Building, near the Municipal Garden, Margao
... after it shifted from the Communidade Building nearby.
