Goa made all round progress in short tenure under dynamic leadership of
Manohar Parrikar.

If you look at things with 'rose tinted' glasses every thing looks rosy.
1. Why was it short?
2. Why didn't he get a second short at it?
Do not DARE say he had a second chance, for, the first time he ruled; he got
in through the back door, second time he was given a chance to prove himself.
All that was done, was at a high cost to Goa citizens.
Any fool can spend money, but to spend it wisely needs commitment, which he
had none.
He did it for his glory at a high cost to Goa.
Poor people like you will not understand the economics that goes with good
governance.
