   I believe you are wrong. The debate between the two would not be seen as 
black vs white in the UK and pretty definitely not even in the gutter press 
that is more excited about photographs of sparsely attired women than anything 
cerebral. Debates of this nature go on on TV all the time without a hint of 
colour. Class is more central to Britain while colour is still very salient to 
the USA . 
   
  From everything you have said that is derogatory about Britain, it does look 
as though you need to re-visit. How long ago was it that you were in Britain in 
the Bracknell area that I just looked up in the atlas? I also find it strange 
that from a minute bit of the Goan Diaspora you can be so critical of Bharat 
and other parts of the Goan Diaspora.
