We have seen two incidence recently in Goa in which Uniform walas did gave up to the mercy of the system. In one incident at Vasco da Gama Trafic Police who was about to give chalan for wrongly parked vehicle did not do so due to one phone call by local MLA. In another incidence, Son of a ex Minister diving a car collided with a motorbike.. his chamchas beat motorcyclist. Police come on the spot and arrest the motorcyclist...on enquiry police say that they did not arrest the motorcyclelist but prevented him from those goons...but no case was filed... What we the people can to do bring justice in above stated cases...
