A LOSS FOR THE TIATRISTS' FRATERNITY IN KUWAIT
Indeed, a sad day for all Konkani tiatr loving Goans and specially for the
tiatrist fraternity in Kuwait.
A beautiful voice of Sanny de Quepem will be heard no more! It was God's
wish.
Sanny de Quepem spoke to me at the backstage for nearly half an hour on 9th
Nov. evening, and later sang a beautiful Konkani song for the cultural
event. And in a few hours, it was hard to contemplate that he is no more!
He was a talented singer and composer. I fervently pray to the Almighty to
grant his soul eternal rest and give courage and strength to his bereaved
family to bear the tragic loss.
