Is this figure correct? Should it have been 54 'million'? 54 lakhs is equivalent to only about 1,300 acres. Dabolim airport (net) is about this big by itself. Can it then be considered the mother of all Goa SEZs (circa 1962)? Why is no one making a stink about it? What's wrong with Matahny Saldanha? Is it penny wise pound foolish, missing the forest for the trees, acute myopia, blindspot ... or plane dumb and dumber? May be a dash of the fear factor. End result? Tongue tied all around.
