Concerning Valmiki Faleiro's column in today's Herald, I have no quarrel with most of it. However, I thoroughly disagree with VF's nostrum, which is to appeal to Digambar Kamat's conscience to save Goa. No politician can be relied upon to deliver Goa.
Haven't we learnt ANYTHING these past 12 months from the chicanery, doublespeak, and plain disregard for the law by our ruling politicians? Valmiki should take this impromptu test.
