RESPONSE: Thank you for your sermao on exploitation! In the process you
successfully avoided the gist of my contention vis-a-vis yours - that "Arabs
enjoy one of the highest per capita incomes in the world" because they
"lifted their hands" and have "transformed their city-states into
world-class habitats". Furthermore you stated "Perhaps we (Goans) should
