I would like to thank Gabe Menezes for bringing this item to my notice. And I
hope the government succeeds in preventing fraudulent patents which are nothing
more than what our ancestors discovered so many years ago. Otherwise the cost
of medicine will go up even more than what it is now.
I know that ayurveda will not cure many of the serious illness. But if the
patents are applied to every day treatement, based on ayurveda, this will have
an even more impact on the general public than patents on drugs used for
serious illness.
