To Goanet - I have been researching the "political" and "apolitical" phenomenon in Goa. Although my investigations are not yet complete I would like to disclose some preliminary findings.
First we survey the naked emperors, ooops, I mean the 'activists': Activist No. 1 is the Nitoll man who is apolitical, except when he is meeting with Digu on personal matters during which time he turns aNitoll and political. Activist No. 2 is apolitical in Ponda taluka but political in Bardez & Canacona. Activist No. 3 is apolitical over email but highly political in person. Activist No 4 is apolitical in Romi script but political in Devnagari. Activist No. 5 is political on Mon, Wed, Fri and apolitical on Tue, Thu, Sat. On Sundays he is secular and shivrak. Activist No. 6 is simultaneously political, apolitical and environmental. Activist No. 7 is probabilistic and follows the Heisenberg Uncertainty Principle of quantum mechanics: just when you think you have nailed him down as apolitical he reveals himself to be highly political and vice versa. Next, we survey the various groups. The following groups are political: TSF, GTPSV, Butt Goemkar, ASS HALOI, GGGSGA, FUKC YOU, GHATI, BHAILO, VAHSA NHAHAN, AHSGSPJSGS, AARWS, GA, ABGA, ARSG, HALAP, GGAHAUH, POAI, RTIA, APOL, POL, CJP, NuTTy, GITR, MAHS, MA, MMM, KITKAT, CFSGA, and DUKOR. The list of apolitical groups will be disclosed as soon as I find one such group. Please let me know if you have any suggestions on where I should be looking. I have with me both the microscope and the telescope. Warm regards, r
