While it is perfectly legitimate to talk about rights, should we also not talk
about duties. I believe that someone had sent a bill of rights to Mahatma
Gandhi for his comment. The Mahatma sent it back with a comment that he should
be sent a bill of duties, since rights automatically follow those who do their
duties. The Mahatma also said that while rights of two persons may well clash,
duties will never do
so.
