I learnt yesterday that some paanwallahs (illegal to begin with)
double up as pimps, serving as facilitators between prostitutes
and customers. This was confirmed by someone who intercepted
customers who had 'negotiated' at the paan stall in Miramar.
The only way to smoke this out is through a sting operation.
As I have said, all the flotsam of India has agglomerated in Goa.
Things have never been so bad. Goa and Panjim are now in
the bowels of the gutterworld. This ruling govt and its arms
like the CCP are criminal, whose sole interest is in lining up
their own pockets.
