The strange question as below, can do with a simple answer: Definitely yes
because it is a perfect example of racist indoctrination and against the law in
all civilised countries. It also transgresses human values and morality. It
definitely calls for zero tolerance.
Further, for the questioner, there was hell of a lot of education on Goanet
on the issue of caste especially when confronted by hard-headed intelligent
explanations from so many!
