In reply to your question to Victor.
Let me tell you that the 10 Commandments were Jewish Laws to the Jewish
people, BEFORE ANY SORT OF GOVENMENT EXISTED. Religion was Govt. in those days.
I mean 'any sort'; since democracy was introduced by the Greeks we have laws
to wear seat belts and not to seat children in the front seat of the car.
Endless Laws to live a good and honest life, that includes not chopping your
hands off and be beheaded but going to prison as punishment. This makes just
the 10 out of date.
