In his letter to the Navhind Times, Ramakant Kamat writes:

Ramakant Kamat has got it backwards. He assumes an
a priori existence for SEZs and then issues his prescription.
This is like a doctor saying, "Let's give the patient cancer
first, and then if no suitable cure is found let's dump
the cancer."
Absurd does not even begin to describe Ramakant Kamat's
muddleheaded nostrum.
