SELMA in her usual style made a passing posting to Goanet (Ref. Message: 8 Dated: Sun, 30 Dec 2007). But Selma seems to be not aware that since past 2 - 3 years Goan Toddy is hardly available leave alone Goan favorite vinegar. This is more because most of the coconut trees are cut to kiss the ground with the help of draconian Regional Plan.
These days, blended Goan Toddy is being sold more for domestic tourist as well as Goan Aam Admi. This again is a great business undertaken with the help and blessings of our prominent politicians!! Best regards, Dr. U. G. Barad
