[Goanet] insiders and outsiders

Just because 30% members of parliament are outsiders, that does not mean
that the locals will accept them as canadians.besides, Canada is not Goa and
vice versa.
 The issue of insiders and outsiders is not unique to Goa,  it exists all
over  the world in diff. forms.you will find this problem  when local
population is run over by outsiders and threaten their culture and way of
living!
