<Short-haul operator MDLR Airlines has become the first carrier to operate
under the newly launched category of regional airlines by the civil aviation
ministry, in a move to encourage air linking of smaller cities in the
country.
The airline, which began operations in March, 2007, has embarked on an
ambitious expansion plan **which includes connecting Goa** besides other
Tier-II cities. ...>

Hmmm. A regional airline has to decide which particular regional hub they
want to connect Tier II cities (anywhere) to. Will MDLR connect Goa to
Bombay -- or to Delhi or four other metros? If Delhi or Kolkata, it cant be
considered short haul as far as Goa is concerned!
