They say, every story has two sides. And the truth lies somewhere elsewhere. Check this too: http://www.christianitytoday.com.au/ct/2006/marchweb-only/111-53.0.html So what is the truth, as opposed to what is said by "Christianity Today" and propagandising via the Wikipedia?
Don't miss the fine print at http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Talk:Haqeeqat_%28book%29 May I point out that Dr Santosh Helecar's post was titled with the neutral subject-line of "Facts on Clashes among Christian Missionaries and the Tribals in Kandhamal District of Orissa". Now, we have had it slanted to read "foul missionary literature" (thanks Chinmay). (Incidentally, NDTV reports that the clashes were between Dalits and Adivasis, with the saffronites entering the fray and fishing in troubled waters. There is also the issue of benefits claimed by the Dalits, post-conversion.) Just like our colleague Rajan Parrikar used his subject-line to blatantly twist a questioning of his blatant violation of so many Goanet rules, into a debate on "censorship"! Goanet, RIP. You're not the caring, sharing place we once knew you to be. Let's rush headlong into the past, and re-create the 16th century once again, based on hate, paranoia and mistrust.
