Dear Radhakrishnan, Reena and Roland,
At last subscribers of Goanet are saying what is best described by the
Marathi expression that I acronym ATM [in roman script ;-)] "Ati ti'thay
Mati" meaning "Excess is disastrous" or literally meaning "Excess turns
things to mud". The xenophobia against the POOR migrant labour has gone too
far.
I wonder what the KKK Dot-buster types thought of "brown" Rajan when he was
an NRI in USA before returning and turning a preaching photographer in his
native, Goa. Granted, he is a skilled photographer and has an eye for the
detail ...and his photos have been used as backgound images by Isabel Santa
Rita Vas for he drama on sale of land in Goa ....but his preaching is
without both, practice and prayer.
Perhaps, Roland will tell us why it is okay for a Indian [and Goans are
Indians!] to be in Toronto .... and proud suffixing it to the name like a
FRCS or an MBE .... and not okay for an Indian from UP, Karnataka, TN or
Kerala to be in Goa, India.
It is time each of the "Emperors" from Goa looked at their nakedness in the
mirror of Reality .... instead of looking at their own postings on Goanet
and saying to themselves, "What a great guy I am!"
Thank you Radhakrishnan, Reena and Roland .... may be the Emperors will also
thank you for opening their eyes. ;-)
Mog asundi.

Very well said, Reena! I don't go thru every post on this list these
days as I used to do earlier, but the following post from Roland
caught my eye. Then I saw your post appended to it and I said 'bravo'!
Someone had to hold the mirror to this rabidly arrogant bigot who
takes sadistic pleasure in trashing the poor and unfortunate people
who struggle for a square meal. And you've done it with commendable
finesse.
He's pandering to the xenophobic and hypochondric instincts of
non-resident Goans, but what's surprising is that a person of Roland's
intellect has fallen for his literal crap.
Cheers,
RKN

Rajan may be exaggerative with his solutions to the many problems that Goa
faces today due to the unbridled population influx of people who are wont to
make it a pigsty, and which he brings to the front burner, but he speaks for
the common Goan, including myself.
I may not agree with all he says, but I do agree with most of it and as for
the remainder that I don't agree with, I need to afford him the liberty to
say it.
