This week, CBC Radio is running a series on food and India....the
program is broadcast at 7PM IST on www.cbc.ca (select radio, then
Radio One over an internet connection). The program deals with the
changing food habits and the possible impact of climate change in a
country where 80% of the pop makes a living off agriculture. As well,
apparently a trend where prosperous Endians are turning to
