Unlike the RSS and its affiliates like the VKA, VHP,
Bajrang Dal etc, the maoists are a banned organization
and are currently waging war against India. Hence
funding a maoist organization is equivalent to funding
a terrorist organization . I think George Pinto has
overlooked this fact.
In fact, the HSS ( as the rss is known outside india )
or the VHP is a legal organization even in the US Also
donations to VHP America are probably tax exempt too.
